Do you use some sort of Face recognition software? I found this software called KeyLemon, which of course isn't free, but seems promising. I'd just like to ask you guys that have used or ar using this software: which is better/more preferable, Lenovo's VeriFace or KeyLemon? KeyLemon gives I think more customization options, and it locks your computer only after 10 seconds you go away, while I think Lenovo's does within 5 minutes..anyway I have yet to see all the differences so any feedback would be helpful. :D

Although I haven't used either of the face recognition programs you mention, I do have "Alien Sense" facial recognition by Alienware.

It was a neat novelty to try for a very short while. Any change in lighting, hair, or just about anything else, and it fails to recognize my face.

Veriface is actually pretty good, though I removed it after a couple weeks. I feel that I don't need a password or any security feature at all. The veriface program works flawlessly everytime, even with poor light condition and a lot of motion. You can also adjust the "acurrateness" of the face recognition so you can make it faster/slower/safer to login.

I did manage to get VeriFace, except that just a while ago (it's midnight here) it failed to recognize me since it's darker and laptop screen's the only light source I have.. I do prefer it, having tried KeyLemon as well, but I just want to reduce the "idle time" before VeriFace locks your computer--the shortest duration it would allow is for five minutes of inactivity and I want to at least make it a minute or so.. Heh.

I have tried Lenovo. It works perfect and exact verification. The best part is, it records all unauthorized users pictures.

I've gotten in the habit of using windows key + L, lock the computer on your own terms faster than any recognition software.

Aw, man, I know it's perfect, but I really get annoyed when it doesn't recognize me! Just a while ago when I woke up, it won't log in, and I've been poking my face in front of the camera already!

Yep, I also use Windows key + L, well you could say I just want the perk. :D

I use FastAccess. It's available with certain Dell systems, although I believe you can buy the software itself from the company that makes it. It's excellent at recognizing my face even in different lighting conditions, and having my hair styled differently.

Actually, you need to change your setting's setup level to lowest so that you will need minimum face recognition time. Try that and I am sure that you will be happy with that.
