    Fellow Firefox users:

Do you use the Fasterfox Extension? It seems when I use the Turbocharged setting pages take longer that without the extension. When I used Optimized I get better results.

    Opinions? Experience?

Installed it. Set it to turbo charged. Upped the pipelining. Never gave it a thought after that.

I didn't really notice a speed difference with the turbo setting. Then hanging out in the FF forum I saw a few posts about problems with the turbo setting so I went as suggested to the optimized setting. Again not a noticeable difference but haven't had any problems with speed so can't complain.

I have been using for quite a while that I cannot remember if without it was slower :D.

But I remember I used to notice a difference when I used to up the connection limit thru "about:config" a few versions ago. Doesn't this do the same???

Supposedly the powerfox extension hogs up more memory than firefox before the extension.

I uninstalled it. I was having trouble viewing many of the websites for some reason.

I just altered the about:config and ran Cable nut.
