My Favorite is POP Peeper. It's the easiest to me for handling a good amount of e-mail accounts at once.
I actually like Outlook Express more than Outlook 2002, But I need Outlook 2002 for Active Syncing my smartphone with contacts, favorites etc.
I also heard about Thunderbird, but I never gave it a try. Should I?

Thunderbird is the best. I really like it because of the skin and plugin features. Alot better than outlook express.

GMAIL! offers huge storage and it's free, it doesn't get any better. It also can be used with POP.

Another vote for Thunderbird, very useful especially for those who are using Gmail

Sylpheed-Claws compiled with GTK2
great power, attractive interface, and very lightweight
I use fetchmail to grab my mail from the server, so I have more versatility with mail notification applets.
I set others up with either Thunderbird if they're casual users, or Evolution if they're more of a SOHO type. -

Thunderbird is really good!

"The Bat!" is a great e-mail client. It lets you see what messages are waiting for you on the server and delete the ones you don't want w/o downloading them.

Eudora was one of the best (and probably still is) the best email clients ever. The reason I stopped using it years ago is because they began to include advertising the app.
I use Thunderbird but one thing that annoys me is the multiple windows it keeps bringing up and wish there was an option to turn that off.
I mostly use webmail but the problem with that is clicking on a email address on a webpage. It's just convenient to have an email client startup and ready to go. An email client also helps organize your emails especially if you have more than one account. -
Luar, try the No New Window On Double Click extension. That along with Minimize to Tray make Thunderbird a much better experience.

I know is not the rigth topic but can I use thunderbird with hotmail?
