How I can send fax from my PC to a usual fax machine? And how much it wil cost me?
I am using P-4 celeron with XP, and dial up for net.

All you should need is a phone line, and a fax capable modem- which as far as I know, pretty much all current modems are fax capable..
so really it's a question of what type of modem do you have and what software came with it. -

Cheaper than 'free'?
Maybe you mis-understood - All you need is a phone line. You say you're using dial-up for the net, so you already have that. Go to Control Panel / Add Remove Programs / Windows Components and make sure you have Windows Fax Services (or something along those lines) installed. That sets up a 'printer' that you can print to from any application that sends the fax via your modem to any normal fax machine. -
It costs you as ordinary phone call to that number (longer call - more cost), only computer does dialling and "talking" for you.
