I've been messing around with some of the features on my M1530. I wanted to see how well the fingerprint password bank would work but I have seem to run into a few annoying issues.

First of all, it seems to be putting in an incorrect password. I've set it up to enter the password for my email form. When I swipe, it fills it in, flashes, enters it, and I get a login failure. I've re-registered the password several times and it continuously fails.

I've also encountered several instances of internal errors that result in the entire program to stop working. Right now, for example, I can't do anything with the reader. If I slide my finger across the reader, nothing shows up.

I'm tempted to try another program to utilize the biometrics device. What would be a good replacement for Fingerprint Reader Suite?

Try and keep the normal font size. The default program should work (that's why they put it there). I don't think many people utilize the fingerprint reader that much (many stick with Windows login).

My Upek fingerprint reader suite used to work with M1330 very fine....All the web site passwords were stored and retrieved correctly.

IBM fingerprint reader should work with your M1530 as it does with my M1330. But it will provide you only login functionality. No automatic web site login !!
I had to switch to this because no Upek driver for x64 is available.

It didn't work, so I can't use the sensor at all.

    Anyone knowing some freeware?
