After installing Windows 7 my fingerprint device seems a bit more sensitive, meaning that it detects things easier. One issue with that, if i play games that require arrows (old racing games usually) sometimes i activate the fingerprint reader with the bottom part of my hand which causes the game to minimize.

The question is, is there a way to make it less sensitive or another way around it before going for the "wasd" solution ?

Work around for me: external keyboard or tape over the scanner.

mm tape, not a bad idea, ill give that a shot to be honest, thanks.

Its not like i use the scanner that much, i restart/shutdown my laptop every second windows update (to apply the updates that is) which that is usually once every two months lol :p
