Currently I have Protector Suite 2009 installed on my X7200. I like that it has a personal safe where I can store files with personal information. The "Personal Safe" encrypts the files and requires a fingerprint to unlock the folder. I like this feature.

What I don't like is that it doesn't have a feature that automatically locks the folder after a period of inactivity.

Is there a software where this is available? I want to minimize the chance of me forgetting to lock the folder and having it be accessible if I leave the computer unattended.

if thats the protector suite QL which was the same i had on my old m860tu then i prefer that to the new AuthenTec TrueSuite that clevo use now.
tbh i cant remember the personal safe on that software but on this new one it has a safe on the desktop and needs a finger swipe to open it. as soon as you close it its locked again and needs another swipe to open it again.
i dont think it locks it after a certain amount of time though. the folder needs manually closing like the one youve got now.

Even that is preferable. Protector Suite 2009 doesn't lock automatically when the thing closes. I my need to look in to getting Protector Suite QL. That would work for me.

2009 has the safe on the desktop and in "my computer" which can be removed. I don't like it on the desktop because it draws curiosity. I also renamed it "system files."
