Okay so I'm gonna install a new HD soon and i need to know how to restore my firefox profile. I used MozBackup to backup all my saved forms/sites visited/passwords etc but i need to know how to put it back in.

I went to the Users/appdata folder and found mozilla in there but the backup is saved as a .pcv file.

What do i do from here?
