Like the title says, now that I've installed Firefox, it says when I try to register a site, an error occured, something about not a valid IE site.
    Any clues?

Chances are, your finger print reader is made by Upek, and in that case, does not support FF3.

Nope. Alexzeon has sent an email to Upek though, so hopefully they get on it.
