This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     They don't release new version without new features just to let you know. Significant number version i mean. For 3.1 there is private browsing, tracemonkey, tab tearing, etc.

    sounded like Minefield 3.2 gets a boost to be out, that Mozilla drops 3.1 alltogether and creates a fresher version after 3.2
