The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Firefox 3.03 has been released.

    The only fix it introduces is:

    "Fixed a problem where users were unable to retrieve saved passwords or save new passwords (bug 454708)"

    Kind of surprised an update was released so soon. I guess the above problem must have been fairly wide-spread.

    The update has caused my navigation bar (/address bar) to disappear!

    Can't get it back by right clicking selecting "Navigation". Any ideas to get it back?
