Looks kind of like Opera 10.

I like the main mockups, apart from the tools bar. The curviness doesn't fit everything else...
-
Looks like they're going after the W7 look.
-
Don't like the look at all. Hopefully the final version is a lot different or I'll revert to a skin.
-
Nice re-design. But I always use different skins to fit my moods. And I have a lot of those.
-
Pretty and about freaken time.
-
I kind of like it. Seems like they "borrowed" some ideas, but that's okay as long as there are still original ones.

Too much "pretty" going on for me. I guess I'm not one of those types drawn to "pretty" so much as "brutally fast". Themes, I can tolerate in small doses, but I like to just keep things simple. If the final edition doesn't allow a "classic mode", I'll have to stick with 3.5.1 until either one is offered or Firefox gets its head out of the sand. Not everything has to be aero-y, and a good number of people I talk to openly despise aero because it's a resource hog, too flashy, and gets in the way of things.

Looks a lot like Chrome. Especially the toolbar section.
-
The Mac user in me stuck with a 1280x800 screen says way too much toolbar and the Aero boarder is too thick. It almost looks as if they might have their border thickness higher than normal.
But is it an OS? -

I like the visual appeal of it. Hopefully the functionality is just as good. I will say I just downloaded FF 3.5.1. I don't know what they did to it, but it is better looking, and faster. I was caught off guard.

The UI design looks pretty good, and is obviously intended to compete with the compact designs offered by all the other competitors. But the theme is not very pleasing from an aesthetic viewpoint.
-
The GUI is much nicer in my opinion, and resembles a Safari, Chrome hybrid.
It seems like they are trying to attract users with a more "simple interface". Usually, most "noobs" use internet explorer, so Firefox is trying to establish a household name. -
I love the redesign, the old one is very plain. Professional looking, but plain. But who doesn't use a skin anyway? -

I like the style, but I don't like the cluttered interface. It started with IE7, continued with chrome, and now firefox? Why do I have buttons in the top right? how many other apps have there their buttons?
I still prefer my styleas long as I can revert back to it, I'm happy.
But I DO like the design. Just not the gui-placement.
mine:
less used screen estate, for more use for actual webpages, and all gui components in the place where people are used to find it: in the top left. -

btw, what's the page button on the left lower row? I'd love to see it being a "Backstage" style menu, like in office 2010.
and then, all the topright buttons could be integrated in there. they're really unneeded up there. favourites button to the left (or another "tab just for favourites? hm... create a special tabpage similar to netvibes or so?), and the tools down into the main backstage menu.
that would be cleaned up, then -
I like the refreshed style.

The transparency checkbox is three clicks away from the desktop in Vista. Aero does not always mean transparent... just turn the shininess off and set it to any color you want. Uses less resources and, er, 'doesn't get into the way of things', whatever that is supposed to mean. -

there was one resourcehoggy thing that got fixed in win7 about aero, and it's the reason why win7 uses up less ram. but as ram is cheap, it is of no real interest -
I like it very much. Please tell me how to do it. Thanks. Aero glass and simple = my favourite -
-
davepermen Notebook Nobel Laureate
main thing is, aero glass and personal menu. the rest is rearangement and configuring of the buttons, and locationbar2, and something that fuses reload/stop. that's mostly it.
i'm doing a mockup in c# right now for a pseudo-firefox gui the way i'd like it. quite fun to program -
First good Browser to have fadeaway toolbars will win in my book.
-
It really awesome. You have some fans here already. -

I'll do that laters, some nice toturial. tutorial, sorry
-
It looks okay... nothing mind blowing, but slightly progressive. I'd like to see performance improvements.

I like this proposed redesign.

After getting rid of the awful search bar (hate those) that spot looks perfect for my Addon buttons!
I like the new look, hope it is as functional in use as what we have though
