Ok guys, when I bookmark a page and set the bookmark to go to the bookmarks toolbar, nothing shows up in the actual toolbar. I have to go up to Bookmarks and select the bookmark toolbar folder to see my bookmarks. I just want them be displayed right on my toolbar.

    Any ideas?

You might want to look at the Speed Dial add-on. It has practically replaced Bookmarks for me. I have 16 "groups" (or tabs) set up and each "group" is configured to have 4 rows and 4 columns of "thumbnails". That is 16 "groups" of 16 thumbnails for 256 pseudo-bookmarks. I logically group the thumnails by group, much like I formerly grouped bookmarks into folders to create a logical hierarchy. I set each thumbnail to "never refresh" as I do not need the thumbnail to have the current image and I expect that not updating 256 thumbnails probably reduces the overhead a tad bit as well.

It is better than SpeedDial in Opera, and fully extensible and configurable. I do not know if it is FF3-ready yet, though, since I am waiting for the released version of FF3.

    Yes, just configure the add-on.

    i see thanks.

last thing, is there a way to set it so that the windows open in a new tab when you click on it. i see the option to add the little icon so that it open in a new tab but i cant seem to get it to open in a new tab when i click the image itself.

I use the TabMixPlus add-on for that functionality, but do not believe TMP is FF3-ready yet. But it also looks like the Controls options under the SpeedDial options has similar settings specifically for the thumbnail actions.

I click on a thumbnail and it opens in a new tab, and I have it set so that ctl/click on a thumbnail opens a new tab and switches to that tab.
