I have been using it for over a year now. But every page I want to load I have to tell it it is ok.
I have seen people post that no script will tell them if something is bad, but I have never seen that.
Is there a more user friendly way I could have it setup and will it still warn me of a bad script or app?

Great question. I have the same issues. In fact I removed it on my other computer due to this...

I add sites I visit regularly to the whitelist and don't have an issue. I have learned to click the button once on other sites to 'temporarily allow' it to run properly. I agree though, it could be a little easier, I have just become accustomed to using it. And since I don't use an AV, it gives me an extra feeling of security (even though I have no idea if it actually saved me at all, lol)

I block all sites and only whitelist those that I trust enough to do so and then only if there is functionality missing when scripts are blocked. There are only about a dozen in all.
Further, even though it is said that FlashBlock is not needed with NoScript (since NoScript also blocks flash), I run both. In this way, I can allow scripts on a site and still choose whether to permit flash. -
NoScripts seems to lose some of my settings after updates which are many.

How do people get it so it warns them about a script? I have never seen this before.

I will check that out.
