    What can anyone tell me about Firefox as a web browser. Can someone please give me their experiences or what they have heard about Firefox versus Internet Explorer? Positives and Negatives? Thanks!

    True... the majority of people use IE 7 due to the smooth fonts within the browser. FF and Opera fonts look like crap.

    In addition, there are so many complaints of the addons in FF making FF unstable and don't attempt to upgrade FF.. your addons die a miserable (but fast) death.

    Not to mention the memory leak issues.... FF will wipe out your entire system. :eek:

    Oh, wow, and don't talk of all the bug fixes they attempted.. it is insane how bad the code is in FF. Like driving an 18-wheeler with bald tires going 100 mph. It is crazy.

    People who are knowledgeable in computers never recommend FF. Only those "wannabes" mention FF.

    People who care about their computers never recommend FF. It would be like a worker for the IRS supporting Huckabee.

    Thread closed since there are far too many thread.

    If you want to continue the discussion about browsers, find another thread.
    @OP,

    Try FF. If you dont like it, then uninstall it...
