My pc froze for some reason and since then Firefox won't save any cookies. I checked ALL the privacy settings regarding cookies and private data and everything is set to accept AND save cookies until they expire- so that isn't it. iGoogle (my homepage) asks me to sign in after every Firefox restart, not to mention this very forum, so I am upset to say the least. I have uninstalled, installed 3.0.0, reinstalled, updated, all to no avail. I have tried I.E. for the first time in months, turns out that POS is working just fine.

Anyone have any idea what in fox is going on?

    Fixed.

I deleted some cookies.sqlite file and it worked like a charm.

Just in time too, was about to format and start from scratch. :p

You were going to format your hard drive because your Firefox profile was screwed up?

    Of course!

    No cookies, no PC!

The real question is, what would I have done if cookies weren't working AFTER the format? ;)
