I have aim im sure all of you have at least heard of this b4 and so inorder for me to send a file through file transfer i need to right click on my norton internet security and click Disable norton internet security for 5 mins so i can send the file and then it will come back on in the 5 mins and then it will kick me off aim no matter what im doing and so i would like to know how to allow aim to be able to send files w/o turning off firewall intermittenly...i've looked and its allowed access to the internet (or i wouldnt be able to get on aim period, so its a diff thing because we do kno that i can sign on and talk to ppl) I'm very computer savvy so feel free to use very big words or whatever else you need to to explain it.

well, i dont know how to fix this issue, however i would advise you to pick up a different firewall. Norton is picky in all aspects and is a resource hog. I would go with ZoneAlarm over norton any day.
