    G'day,
I'm after some fitness diary software, of which I can track my exercises etc. I have found Exercise Diary, it's not bad, but I am willing to try others out too! So if you have any recommendations, let me know! TIA.

    Cheers,
    Joel.

    Timex has some descent software.
But from my experince bodybuilding, biking, jogging, and kayaking you shouldn't be sweating every little number, its just a rescipe for failure unless your training to be an athlete. Your better off keeping a pen and paper notebook with things like weight lifted that week, distance travsered/time as opposed to a complete breakdowns of every number. The general knowledge I have found in the fitness community is that those focused soley on results don't last very long as opposed to people who do it out of love for the experince.

Thanks for your reply. The software I listed in my OP is very basic, just put in the exercise done, there are separate sections for Aerobic and Anaerobic, and that's pretty much it. There is also comments section, where you could put details such as time, speed etc.
Indeed there is not, however, that was not my question, I am simply asking for software that can keep track of my exercises, which makes your post generally useless.
