I cant read flash pages like vikings.com it says i need flash 7 or newer, i have tried to update and it works fine on IE but not firefox, i hate IE so i need to get flash to work on firefox and cant figure out why it wont work.

EDIT: flash is instaled and works on ever website except the vikings hopepage. if i type in a link to a page on vikings.com that uses flash on the page it will work, but if i try to go to vikings.com it says i dont have flash. why does vikings.com not reconize that i have flash?????

can someone go to vikings.com under firefox and make sure the site isnt just having an error, cause it works fine with everthing else

Flash 7 and 8 would work, the newest Flash 9 doesn't. It's their website's problem. You can either install Flash 7 or 8 or send the webmaster of vikings.com an e-mail about the problem.

Yeah, this is a big problem that many people are affected by. It's with the new Flash 9 and Firefox, but sometimes even with IE. Certain Flash pages will cause the browser to crash, and there's no fix. Just have to wait until a) the website changes code or b) a new version of Flash is released.

    I think.

I had this problem a while ago, and took me some time to discover the source of the problem. Well if u r using RegScrubXP or anyother registery cleaners, then u might need to uncheck the "flash" items on the list because they remove some flash files needed to run in the browser. To solve this problem, go to C:\WINDOWS > System32 > Macromed > Flash > Click on UninstFl. This will uninstall Adobe Flash. Now go to any website that has a flash content, and Internet Explorer will notify u that a Plugin is required to run the content, click on the yellow bar, then a Adobe Flash Player Installer will pop-up, finally click Install. This will make all of the flash websites work.
