    Flash video display becomes garbage and needs a reboot to solve

    Hi to all,

    Just want to ask if anyone else has experienced this. While watching videos on youtube; the flash video screen suddenly turns garbage. Audio plays normally; just that the video turns garbage. And from now on every flash video from any website is outputting garbage.

    And closing and reopening the page in the same browser (ff) does not solve this issue. Even by opening the same page in a different browser (chrome) the same thing occurs.

    Notes:
    -- Using Windows 7 SP1. Problem existed even before SP1 was installed.
    -- Using FF 4 rc1. Problem existed even in FF 3.6.x
    -- flash version is 10.2.152.xx (latest stable). I think this started with version 10.1 for me... and HW acceleration is enabled (default)
    -- only a reboot will solve this but there is a possibility that it can happen again.
    -- NOT VERIFIED: but this usually happens when I'm on battery.
    -- hw specs: i3 and using built in graphics

    Try disable hardware video acceleration in flash. Intel with DXVA is dodgy. Not sure about if they have finally improved with the graphics core in Sandy Bridge.
