Open up a Windows Explorer window. Go to the "Organize" dropdown menu in the blue toolbar. Choose "Folder and Search Options". Under "Browse Folders", choose "Open each folder in the same window".

When I right click and click explore, it works normally but when double clicking, it opens up a new window.

Back to Folder Options, under the View Tab, try un-check "Launch Folder Windows in a separate Process" and see.

    cheers ...

Its unchecked by default in the folder options and sticky keys are disabled. I got KIS 09. Even though by chance is there any chance of viruses?
