One undesirable thing I've noticed with Windows 8.1 is that the touch keyboard appears on the monitor your app is on. If you have multiple touch monitors this can be a serious pain. I've not Googled it in depth yet since I've only one computer configured in a zero-keyboard, all-touch-monitor config, but can someone tell me how I can force the keyboard to be always on the primary monitor?
Force touch keyboard to main monitor?
