I have 2 partition in my Samsung 830, 1 for OS and drivers, and the other one for programs and data. Will all my programs work if I decided to format the OS?

    NO!!!

Sorry, didn't mean to sound alarming :)

If this is the way you set it up (relocated Users and ProgramData folders) it is not possible.

You'll need to make sure to backup all your data and restore it after a reinstall because those folders will need to be re-created (by Windows).

Yeah - the "real" benefit of setting up this way is so that the OS and Personal Data aren't co-mingled together. Though on a single drive there are much easier methods. If there is a secondary drive available that's where it can help out - considerably.

According to your config you might think about relocating the folders to the mSATA if you want to go that route again.

    Edit:

BTW, you want to re-install because OS is broken, or you want to relocate again?

You can relocate existing folders again if you want. Just make sure to take a System Image and also backup and verify before proceeding.

You know where the tutorial is, just re-run sysprep with your changes in the answer file.
