Setup Bootstrap for Visual Basic Setup Toolkit and Setup.LST

Not sure how they got there!

Last night I was trying to convert a cvs file with waypoints to gpx to upload to a GPS and tried a couple programs (one online) but never intentionally downloaded Bootstrap.

Any other ideas on how they got there?

    Nano-gnomes?

Seriously, when I am trying to track down something like this I often do a scan/search of the drive sorted by creation/modification date to find things created/modified around the same time.
