two days ago, i had the chance to use this extension they called foxytunes. and i tell you that i really like it!!! i can manipulate my music player straight from my firefox browser. i don't have to go back and click my player to change song! :D

then after two days, i said i hope i can also have a program where i can manipulate my music player not only from my browser but to any programs i'm currently using... and guess what! foxytunes 2.0.4 was release and it fulfilled my wish :D and not only that i can do websearch without going back to firefox browser. This program is really superb!!! hope you all will try this!

Why can't u just use the mini-player feature in the taskbar?
Both itunes and wmp have it available, and dey both are pretty useful (wmp's is better imo)

I don't use itunes anymore as my music player. in fact i uninstalled it! ocassionaly, i used wmp. but both these music players are memory hog! I used winamp as i think it's better and faster. and then used dfx8 to enhance fully my winamp. unfortunately winamp doesn't have miniplayer right now. but no problem, foxytunes is the answer to this. :D

and you know, i don't only used foxy tunes for that reason. if you will try the new version, it has the feature where you search the web without even opening you're browser while you're doing your word processing. this is very helpful as i'm a researcher. :)
