    I'm wondering if there are any free alternatives to programs like Norton ghost? I like Ghost and I use it on my computers - it has saved me more than $50 in grief!.

    Are there any free programs?

    Not a full backup program at the free level, but definitely one of the better is Mozy (.com). It gives 2 GB free and is perfect for My Docs, etc. Its automated and has great recovery options. Good luck.
