    Free Driver Search/update/install Software?

    i'm looking for for an absolutely free driver search and update software. not something free to download and then it wants a payment to complete the promised task. does anyone have a solution? i just re installed XP PRO on an acer aspire 5102 laptop and i'm loking to download all appropriate drivers and then install more RAM.

    If you're after drivers Acers website would be a good place to start. Windows update can be useful as well. Or just doing an update drivers on selected items in the device manager and then letting it search the web for them.

    EDIT: Or try drivermax as suggested by Jackpro.
