    Free Essential Tools To Keep On My Flash Drive?

    Just got my usb flashdrive and was wondering what sort of useful software programs i should put on it? Already i have graphics driver and windows xp and vista operating systems. Is there anything else worthy?

    Look at portableapps.com for some decent things.
    Lots of portable apps. I usually have firefox portable on me, and a spyware scanner. 7zip.

    Portableapps, as he mentioned. When I used that, I'd use Firefox portable and a portable antivirus, VLC media player, and some others. :rolleyes:

    Also, I like to keep a bunch of install files for stuff like Firefox, 7zip, VLC, Foxit reader, AVG Free, flash player plugin, and so on. Oh, and of course some fun prank executables, fake viruses, and some network tools.

    In fact, I like to carry around on a flash drive just about everything I'd need to customize an operating system or carry out some covert operation without the luxury of an Internet connection.
