The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Free TV Tuner Software Please?

    Hi I have a usb video grabber and want to use it as a tv tuner, does anyone know of any software I can find off the net? I use the video capture software that came with it and can watch tv live but the preview window is small. Anyone know of video capture software (free) that can give a full screen preview? thanks

    I got Beyondtv for free after rebate. Again check the hardware lists.
    Not all of those USB tuners work with 3rd party software.
