Diskkeeper Pro? It's free, but I don't know if it's "the best." I use it, and it works fine.

Diskeeper Lite is free, Diskeeper Pro is only Trial, for 30 days.

O&O is really good but i dont know if there is a free version of it.
Disk keeper has given me trouble in the past which lead me to switch to
O&O and I havent looked back.

My bad, Diskkeeper Lite. I was thinking of Driver Cleaner Pro being free when I said Diskkeeper Pro.

Another vote for O&O here. I've used both diskkeeper lite and pro, windows defrag and just found the O&O to be the smoother of the bunch. As far as smoother, I mean user interface, speed and options.
