What is the best free software for creating ISO image files?

I've used something that was Editor's Choice on CNET however the reviews claim it works only once. Currently I downloaded MagicISO, however, the trial version is restricted to 300MB files only. Any recomendations?

Give this one a look over:
    ISO Recorder

It's got a version for Win7 and states you can create ISO's from folder content.

PowerISO. I used it a long time ago however and I'm not sure how well it performs as of now.
