    What's a good free software that lets you take pictures and videos with your integrated webcam, and leaves no watermarks? Also if it can support special effects, it would be awesome.

    usually webcam comes with different softwares and drivers to manage them....same goes to others such as GPUs...you cant use ATI CCC on NVIDIA cards
