    Freeware to Montitoe CPU Speed/Load/Temp

    I have in my laptop VISTA Ultimate installed on AMD Turion 64X2 Mobile Technology TL-50 CPU based PC. What is the best freeware program to monitor some CPU details such as : CPU Speed/Load/Temp

    All I want is the Basic Monitor Utility Program. I don't want to get some thing advance that allows to tweak/overclock the CPU.

    You could try this. Don't think it does everything you want though

    Notebook Hardware Control will let you do MORE than you want, but it certainly can handle what you want. It's free and works with Vista.

    NHC is not compatible with Vista yet. If you understand German, you can read the statement from their official forum here.

    I tried NHC and got 'Blue Screen' right away...for now stay away from NHC

    Yes RMClock works with Vista but the autostart option doesn't. There is a trick around this by using scheduler.
