    Getting error messages when installing Win7 from USB drive.

    I have the iso extracted on a USB drive... loads and boots just fine.

    You click the big "Install" button... and it says this:

    "A required cd/dvd drive device driver is missing."

    Has anybody seen this?

    Yeah. I thought about that too. But i started from scratch with the disk app... and still no luck.

    What do you mean "started from scratch with the disk app"? Meaning you burn the ISO to a DVD and boot it up from there?

    You should be able to install from a USB flash drive using this procedure.
