This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I use addon blocker plugin to stop any from google or YT and I also have a modified hosts file that blocker further adware and redirects from giving me migraines.

    2. Hosts blocker

    If you can get this setup then you will not have any popups or adspopup in YT as well. But this is someone I found through trial/error to get the right setup for my computers and family so they could enjoy the internet without distraction or tracking.
