Hey guys,
I wasn't sure which category to place this in so I just put it in the Windows/software section, if it needs to be moved please free to do so.
I have recently switched to Gmail, after using Yahoo! Mail for over 20 years and I'm a bit stumped on an issue I'm having when composing E-Mails (body text part.) For some reason, while typing up my E-Mails, as I get to the end of a line while typing, Gmail DOES NOT automatically move to the next line as I type...it just continues typing on the same line. It's driving me crazy because I can't figure out what setting needs to be changed, I would think this would just switch to the next line like any other site/E-Mail provider does but of course Google has to do things differently. This is why I hesitated to make the switch, because I knew it would be a learning curve but I had to do it...because Yahoo Mail has gotten SO BAD and so full of ads and BS, that it was time to give up and move on.
Can anyone help me out here?

I was using Edge, I think that might be the problem lol. I tested it out on Chrome and I don't have the same issue. Geez, why can't everything just work the same way across all browsers?

Yes it's working fine in IE too! I guess it was a Edge thing, but I think I'll just stick with Chrome

Doesn’t your keyboard have an enter key?
Gmail, composing E-Mail (text body) issues...
