Well, I realized I suck at using nLite, so I need a really good nLite guide that basically tells you, or at least advises you on what components to remove, etc.
Thanks.

Have you read this thread? It's a bit out of date, so substitute SP3 for all discussion of SP2
.
Nlite has a decent adviser build in to suggest which components you can remove. Make sure not to use the "advanced" selection when selecting components. The "compatibility wizard" will direct you as to which components are safe to remove depending on your use. Personally, I'd suggest keeping the default components if you'll be using it on the computer in your sig. Your computer certainly has enough power & hard drive space to run XP as-is. -
Hmm. That thread doesn't cover the components that I should remove, however.
Also, I heard (from some people) that removing components will make Windows faster.
Don't know if that's true or not, though. -
Ok. One question. This is my motherboard ( http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en-us/t-series/content.php?S_ID=344), what brand is my PCI IDE controller? Choices are ALI, CMD, Intel, Toshiba, or VIA. (or none of the above?
)
Good nLite Guide?
