    Good network monitors to monitor bandwith?

    I've been using networx for a while, but on my new laptop its a bit buggy and i dont know why.
    Its giving me some really odd readings when im just browsing (after about 30 mins of browsing and surfing the net it says I've downloaded and uploaded a total of 2 gb).
    I know thats not even possible, so are there any other similar network monitors out there that are free?
