Subject says it all. I used to use, and got used to Mike Lin's excellent Startup CPL, but this does not work on 64-bit systems. Can anybody recommend a good replacement? I am familiar with Autoruns, and I also tried out Chameleon Startup Manager, but both have some annoying bugs (oh, and I also know Vista's built in methods as well).

I really like the ability of Startup CPL to move startup items to different locations (say, from HKLM to HKCU), and to either disable or delete items to a "Recycle Bin", where they are hidden from view, but can still be restored if need be. Is there a piece of software out there that does all of this?

CCleaner does everything (apart from moving the items to different locations).
