Google Chrome will soon have Smooth Scrolling enabled after it reaches v49

If you want to enable i manually right away though even if you are on the current v47, do this:

    1) Type chrome:/flags in the URL bar then hit enter

    2) Press F3 to pull up the search menu

    3) Type enable-smooth-scrolling then enable it

    4) Relaunch the browser

    5) To test, in any webpage that you can scroll in, press the middle mouse button till you see a circle, then start moving the page up and down and enjoy the smoothness.

 I hate smooth scrolling. Hopefully it will be easy to turn off via the browser settings instead of having to drill into ://flags.
