    I don't understand the question, maybe I'm thick...

    Are you looking for a freeware video converter, or a google video converter (and by Google Video converter, do you mean a video converter made by google, or something to convert Google Video to some other format?)

    Download the program Super!. It can convert any file that you download from the internet.

    If you were asking for a program to download videos from google I recommend "VideoDownloader" which is a firefox extension.

    you can already download videos from google, and just use google video player, it is much better than most video players out there, much much better.
