Just done a new install of windows 7, this was working fine under xp and I believe its the same chrome version.

When I type something and press the home or end key, the blinking cursor/pointer thing doesn't move, instead when pressing the home key nothing happens, and when pressing the end key I end up scrolling down the page.

This only appears to happen in chrome, I've looked through the settings but couldn't see anything.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi Carrot Muncher,

I've had the same issue - I suspected it was down to a Chrome plugin and after much trial and error I found it was the SmoothScroll plugin. If you have it, disable it and all should be well.

Disabling the the keyboard support as you said works just fine. Was driving me mad.
