It sounds like your DNS server addresses may have been changed, in which case, what appears to be Google isn't really. I would not reccomend any further internet browsing until you're clean.
I'd disconnect from the internet immediately, and then run an AV & Spyware scan, and then check, and ammend your DNS server addresses in your TCP/IPv4 Settings if neccesary. -
Virus, spyware or adware. There is great software listed to scan your computer for them in the below thread. It should work, although personally I do a clean install anytime I think I might have an infection. But I am excessive
.
In the future don't download anything from those sites. If you are going to persist in doing that anyway, I suggest running inside a sandbox. It will provide you some future protection.

(EDIT: The best thing to do is not visit those site at all...) -
Time for a Clean Install
-
But don't forget even if you do clean up however many spyware or Virus issues, CHECK YOUR DNS ADDRESSES ! Just like the guys above mentioned, I wouldn't feel 100 percent confident in my machine after experiencing this, until I'd done a clean install, but I suppose it's up to the individual.
And if you really MUST download ****, stay away from unknown file extensions, exe's, .zip's which extract or self extract as .exe's, any file which installs anything, and files of unrealistic file size. Only open files with known extensions and realistic appropriate sizes, and only open files of known extensions with the appropriate app. (e.g. in your particular chosen section of interest, if it isn't a .jpg, .avi, or .mpg, FORGET IT !) And even then, excercise caution. If any of this is unclear, then don't download ANY ****, or you'll be in the same mess again very soon.
Still, bear in mind that you don't even have to download anything to become infected with all kinds of nasty viruses. Just OPENING an unknown malicious web page is enough. Before the page has even finished displaying, you're infected. That's why I always insist on a genuine subscription to my choice of AV/Internet security software. -
I would just reinstall and never go to those sites again, if it were me.
-
You could try virus/spyware removal tools, but... I'd just reinstall Windows.
