    hello,

i live in greece, and i recently bought a laptop here, and i sent the manufacture (Plaisio, laptop was a clevo turbo-x) an email regarding a refund ona mandatory copy of vista i had to buy. Well after 2 emails i got 100 euros back, and they took off the vista sticker from my laptop. not bad!
