Great Customer Service from O&O Software

A while back, I bought a 3 PC license for O&O Defrag Pro 18 (almost 25 days ago to be precise)....

Last night I discovered that O&O released a new and updated O&O Defrag v19 so it's a whole new upgrade not just a small increment like 18.x.x

I emailed them asking for a free upgrade to my 3 licenses not expecting them to do so but what a pleasant surprise, they sent me 3 new licenses for O&O Defrag 19 Pro!

This is what I call good customer service!

I'll be testing this v19 now although from what I notice so far it is supposed to have a built-in disk cleaner & power management for notebooks...

 

Cleaner does its job well. Now I can get rid of one more utility CCleaner and have this manage my disk cleanup + TRIM + Defrag

 

I sent an email as well, maybe I will be as lucky.

 

If you bought your license less than 30 days ago, I have a feeling you will. Please let us know, if not, I will hook you up with the manager.

Matrix Leader, while O&O is good stuff, I wouldn't stop using other disk cleanup software, especially cccleaner + ccenhancer, those 2 cover a lot of products others don't, and it's free

ccenhancer, you run it and it downloads cleanup additions and add's them to ccleaner, and then starts ccleaner for you. The extra cleanup items get added to Applications tab. There are so many it takes extra time to start up ccleaner, but it's worth it.

Take a few minutes to enable each item you want cleaned in the Applications tab, assuming you already did that for the Windows tab, and then Run it.

I was trying out O&O Defrag 18, so now on O&O Defrag 19, thanks for the heads up on the version change

 

Awaiting your feedback as to whether or not they upgrade your license.

 

I may have to buy O&O as well. But I do like Glary Utilities. It cleans up a lot of crap, more than ccleaner.

 

I tried the upgrade through the program but it put me on an unregistered version. So I reverted back and will await the email. I emailed sales but we shall see.

Hopefully, if not it isn't something I will sweat over as v18 does what I need.

 

They sent me the upgrade info for free as well.

 

Awesome!! I am so happy! This is one respectable company for releasing the best tool to make Windows 10 useable for FREE and now coupled with this great customer service it couldn't get any better!

 

If all of it were free, then again I can dream. I at first was a bit woried about how long it took then after a few hours realized it is a different time zone there.
