    Hi,

    I am setting up Shoutcast internet radio using Winamp...


    I opened firewall ports also..


    and it works on LAN perfectly..


    but i get this error and dont know how to make it work on internet:

    the Shoutcast doesnt connect to Shoutcast servers..
    this is what it says: <05/01/08@22:59:35> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 220.255.7.224:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out).)

    I'll talk with the webmaster of our radio station here on campus, I'm not familiar with the error but I don't set up the webstream. Listen here: www.kettering.edu/wkuf/radio for my show on sundays 11 - midnight EST

    <_<...>_>...yeah advertising over. Try using jetcast, it's another type of online radio station program but I find it easier to use and I used to have my own show on there for a while. You might need jetaudio to listen to the stations but it's my fav media player anyways.
