    Is there any software that can give information about the hdd such as,rpm speed,model,serienumber,capacity etc...etc...

    CrystalDiskInfo can read:
    Smart data
    Firmware
    Serial Number
    "Connection type"
    Gives the type too (Fujitsu MHY2250BH in my case)

    rpm doesn't work perfectly - reads it for my 1TB drive, not the others... ma be fixed in a newer release...
