Ok here is the deal. I have a Lenovo s10e that I was preparing for sale. I was in the process of doing the Windows update and removing files when I realized that the antivirus that I had on it expired. I then proceeded to remove that as well.

I upgraded this netbook a while ago with Windows 7 premium. Since that point I was unable to get the camera and veriface to work. I had the bright idea of installing a Vista version of the file that I found online. It worked for a little bit until I had to reboot. At startup it hit me with the spooler.exe error. I tried to install another antivirus, but it stops mid installation. I then tried to go back to a different restore point which was only earlier in the day...no luck its saying that the file is deleted/damaged. In fact now it won't even sign on to the web. Its redirecting to me a unsafe site...

Any idea how to fix this? The computer is due to be sold this afternoon.

Do you have the factory restore discs? That's the best way to do that.
