It's really annoying and I can't find an answer anywhere. I'm on Windows 7 and from startup, it says "Windows explorer has stopped responding" and then straight after "Windows explorer is restarting" and keeps doing that on loop. It's so annoying!

I have ran spybot, Avast and done a Chkdsk (Which took about 3 hours). The last thing I remember doing was installing "OJOsoft Video Convertor for MKV" and when I was trying to convert the AVI to MKV it stopped responding so I ended the process in task manager and it started saying "Windows explorer has stopped responding" and then "Windows explorer is restarting" on loop. I uninstalled it in safe mode and it still does the same. I have tried everything and can't find anything online.

For some stupid reason my System Restore was also turned off so I don't have anything to go back to.

Can someone help Please it's driving me crazy!

    Thanks.

Solved it, I had to delete the 1.2MB file.
