"But I want to see there smth else instead of most of these"
I know English is not your primary language but I have absolutely no idea what smth means. Sorry. You said you wanted to see date of last change and I told you how to see that. If you don't want to see those ICONS then click on 'change your view'. -
You told me how to add Date Modified. But it adds it only as a column in a table view.I want it to be in properties in the bottom of folder.
If I click on NOT jpeg file in properties I see Date modified.
"Smth else" means like smth from that menu with checkboxes you shew me but not for table view for all files but instead for every exact type of file to be shown in the bottom of folder.
I wrote like that not as much because of my lack of English but more likely because of not expecting someon's lack of understanding.
I ADDED A SCREENSHOT! Maybe it's not from English OS but STILL!
Just in case... I repeat in different words. Sorry, but I don't see Date modified there where red arrows are for jpeg files. I can see it is added only in a table view. I know there must be what I am asking because I have feeling that I already figured once this. -

The imo best, but not free solution is the FastPictureViewer Codec Pack from Axel Rietschin Software Developments.
FastPictureViewer Codec Pack: PSD, CR2, NEF, DNG RAW codecs (and more) for Windows 7, Vista and XP
You can try it for 15 days after that it cost 14.95 USD.

For files (jpg etc.) the larger the bottom info bar the more info.

Now THAT is something
@GandalfTheGrey. As you noticed I have no previews here. But it is not because of lack of codecs. I have just doublechecked using your program.
When I open a folder with pictures at first I see them all previewed but then for some reason computer think that it needs to work it out, it loads itself and 1 by 1 pictures become non-previewed. When I change size of files in folder for example I again see previewed photos but then it computer is doing smth and again nothing is OK. Program did not help. Fresh OS reinstall should help
@TANWare. You are right. Frankly I thought the same but as you can see on my last screenshot there is planty of space for 1 more type of properties but it is just empty space. Though now I increased it more and truly there are all properties to see including Date modified. But please tell me you know how to change its place to move it upward? So it would stay first and I could see it no matter how big windows is or how more place I set? -

In Vista you can make the details pane bigger/move upward by positioning your mouse cursor on the edge (the shape of the cursus is then a double arrow) and drag it in the upward direction or do a right click and choose from 3 sizes.
For the thumbnales not showing see the solutions on this page: FastPictureViewer Codec Pack: PSD, CR2, NEF, DNG RAW codecs (and more) for Windows 7, Vista and XP
You don't have to use their software, but can use their troubleshooting steps
1) After restarting the computer, you may have to enable "Large icons" or "Extra large icons" views using Explorer's context-menu (right-click in an unused area within an Explorer file pane to display the menu)
2) If thumbnails are not showing, make sure that the icons option is not checked in Explorer's Folder Options
3) How to rebuild thumbnails on Windows 7 and Vista:
Windows 7 and Vista both use a central thumbnail store where miniature copies of all images are kept. Windows Explorer use this database to quickly retrieve thumbnails when browsing folders. After having installed the FastPictureViewer Codec Pack, your thumbnail database may need to be refreshed, for example to take advantage of the automatic rotation of JPEG files where new thumbnails needs to be created.
To clear the thumbnail database, use the built-in Disk Cleanup utility, which can be started by clicking the Start menu and typing Disk Cleanup in the search box, then pressing the Enter key.
Select drive C: when asked, then make sure the Thumbnails option is checked in the list of items to cleanup, then press the OK button. Once the cleanup process is complete, please logout from your Windows session (or restart the computer) to complete the cleanup task.
4) If still not working then reinstall -
No, I used to clear thumbnails cache many times before. Now it doesn't help because for some reason its size is like 3KB or so. As I see I have troubles because there is only 1 thumbnail for all picture and it is default one. New are not created.
So I just disabled thumbcaching at all.
Now I have previews of every picture but every time I open folder computer starts to workload to view it again because thumbnails are not saved as I disabled it. For now it is temporary action before reinstall OS.
FU*K! For some reason while I was writing all this everything went back again!
It must be a malware or smth.
